About Us
Kirk Brothers Joiners was started over 50 years ago in 1956 in West Calder by, as the name suggests, two brothers William and Michael Kirk. Kirk Brothers has grown into a successful and very trustworthy company with the owners changing from the older generation to the two sons of Michael snr., Michael jnr. and John. The founders feel that the family aspects of the business should not stop with them and have employed there own sons so the success of the business will continue for the future.
The brothers have a workforce of seven, time served joiners, all long serving and five of them have completed there apprenticeship with Kirk Brothers.
Kirk Brothers have a large and various customer base ranging from domestic customers, maybe needing something as simple as a hand rail, to multinational companies requiring a total factory or office refit.
Kirk Brothers have a solid and happy relationship with their existing clients many of whom have been customers for many, many years, especially in West Calder.
Kirk Brothers have a large amount of experience in many fields including:

- Industrial property maintenance
- House builders
- Garage conversions
- UPVC window and door replacement
- Domestic and industrial kitchen and bathroom refits
- Hand/grab rails for disabled (including ramps etc)
- Facia and covering replacement
- Wet floor adaption’s (complies with Lothian council and social work regulations)
- And Suppliers off other trades all regularly used by Kirk brothers.
Kirk Brothers' work includes a large amount of private domestic customers who have all been happy with the professional, tidiness and politeness off all our staff.
